Who is responsible?

MoTec Food Machinery is responsible for the processing of personal data via this website.

What data do we process?

• order, delivery, invoice, and payment details when you enter into an agreement with us;

• answer questions and quotation requests and to carry out preparations for an agreement;
• correctly handle orders, deliveries, invoicing, and service;

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared when necessary, for example with parties for hosting, email, website management, logistics, payment, or professional services. We make appropriate agreements with processors. We may also share data when required by law or a competent authority.

When a service provider outside the European Economic Area processes data, we ensure a valid legal basis for transfer and appropriate safeguards.

How long do we retain data?

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. As a practical guideline, we retain regular contact and quotation requests for a maximum of 24 months after the last substantive contact. Data that is part of our financial administration is, in principle, retained for 7 years. Technical and security data are retained for a shorter period, unless longer retention is necessary for investigation or a legal obligation.

Your privacy rights
